Overview of the role:

As a Drupal Lead at Affinity, your work will be extremely varied, challenging and hopefully very rewarding! We have a well established and growing list of high-profile clients, who we have excellent relationships with and to whom we always endeavour to deliver the highest quality of service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Drupal and technology in general and who is always looking for opportunities to improve the services we provide for clients.

You'll be pivotal in knowledge sharing, mentoring and coaching our Drupal team, being responsible for overall delivery of our Drupal solutions.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to help grow this part of the business, creating a long term career path for themselves within Affinity with an opportunity to progress.

You will need to communicate well and solve problems in creative ways, using your strength in Drupal and PHP, service integration and frontend technologies to enable us to deliver robust and secure solutions, with little or no technical debt. 

As our Drupal Technical Lead, you will have the chance to not only oversee and coordinate all technical aspects of your projects, but keep hands-on, because we understand that coding is what you are passionate about.
