This project was procured by the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) for and on behalf of two new 'start up' Ltd companies - Low Carbon Contracts and Electricity Settlements Company. The phase one and two requirement were run concurrently and delivered an Extranet/Intranet solution for energy producers and suppliers, enabling them to share and collaborate on vital information regarding the delivery of electricity market reform and capacity market settlements.

Affinity supported the start up businesses in planning the project and developing & delivering the phased releases, whilst ensuring we hit the critical deadlines.

Security was at the forefront of this project from the outset. Using Open Atrium 2 (A Drupal Distribution) allowed us to fulfil these requirements with ease.

Working in an Agile environment with regular standups and planned sprints we were able to deliver this multi-site project on time and on budget.
