Solar Solutions specialised in Solar PV installations for both on and off grid/stand alone renewable energy sytems for properties in the South West Region.
The business was formed very quickly to take advantage of the surge in interest in Solar PV due to the Government's 'FIT' income grant scheme. Affinity was chosen to take on this project as we were able to demonstrate we could implement a full open source CRM System within 4 weeks for them and then deliver a continual agile development cycle facilitating the improvement and enhancement of the system to suit their varying needs.
Within 12 months the CRM System was at enterprise level and supporting 200 sales people, 40 in house installers and over 400 contractors. With a database of over 20,000 potential and signed up customers.
The system was designed to cope with a 20 year client life cycle.
